What advice do you have, especially for people that might suffer from something like the seasonal affective disorder? Ruth FitzGerald: Yeah. Okay. Well, the first very practical and simple thing would be to really invest in good lighting in your home and go out and buy lots of lamps and make sure that you have the lighting just working really well in your home so that when you go in there, you feel good, you have the lighting the way you want it, whether it's really, really bright and that helps your mood or whether it's relaxing.
